Thanks for your replies!

How about passing the other 10 years - do you still think your younger wife will not look for a younger lover? I suppose, in this age you won't be able to provide the young woman everything she wants.

Knowing myself and getting older each day I know that a "stable" husband and enough money to live is not exactly that I would like to get from life...

Yes, I would be lying if I didn't say it has crossed my mind, but you can't really worry about things like that because if you do, you will be miserable.

I was in Latvia during 3 days and stayed in old city district. Latvian girls are pretty and beautiful but I did not have the fortune to meet even one of such an special and interesting kind of woman because I had to do some follow-up of urgent matters working from hotel

I think that in couples with such big difference in ages that issue is foreseeable and in this case the man knows about that potential problem flaring up in short term

I think girl marrying the older man, also knows it very well... so it's kind of "plan" for both. Wouldn't call it a sense or something serious.

Guy, do you have children btw?

Im agree with Guy from America, I felt the same when I vissit there, but is funny also as a Latin point of view they (girls) want to be dark instead of blonde.....

Its funny all in the world want to be the one they are not, blondes want to be dark, dark&black whant to be clear.

Tall want to be mid, mid and pettite want to be taller.

thats the life,,,,,

But as another post, Beauty is common now a days, you have to search for more.........

Wish you good luck in this

Truly, all that buzz around US politics or finance, or worldwide wars is not worth when you have children. If you have them, you are not afraid of anything anymore. Concluding the simple maths, I suppose your wife is closely to 30, if not more - and it's very important for a woman to have children before 35, specially in our times: bad climate, ecology, food, computers - it all affects woman's and man's health... as they come earlier, as it's better

Have a nice day.

This discussion with the other American didn't go like that one.

American men are different, too. Don't see much sense to move to America, because it offers good sides and bad side, like any country in the world, and who knows which side finds you.

yeah the thing about being dressed better than you hits me hard...growing up i would spend my money to look good ... i didnt want to show weakness to my friends and mostly girl friend so every money i would rather buy nice clothes than food or car or anything like that and i may be dressed nice and smart but with no money in wallet and americans do not dress very well anyways .

Stil no children, I am doing fine. Career wise, I haven't gotten that much farther ahead, but my latvian wife here in American has received 2 really large promotions at work now and makes much more money than I do, and I make more than 98.5% of all americans. It is good to be a beautiful, smart, hardworking woman with an accent in america career wise. I always knew she would be successful, because she works so hard and so many americans are lazy, but I didn't think it would happen this quickly. Good for her though, now there isn't as much pressure on me career wise because she is so successful.

How have you been Bro?

Hey man, comparing to you, I am on another side of universe
I have a little daughter born, which is now considered as a "new model" Latvian girl, taking into attention my girlmate is Latvian and I am not We were still not married because it doesn't give an obvious profit in Latvia, but we have moved from the Capital of Latvia to the small city called Kuldiga, where I'm enjoying very clean air, a little river, lots of green lands and a very calm life. I'm not supposed to work a lot, because my girlmate's grand daddy left us a house and a bit of money to survive, which is purely enough to have a bottle of average-to-good Bordeaux each day - well... it appears to be so far away from the AMERICAN dream that you may not even understand me

Bro

Bro the only thing that matters is happiness and if u r happy with what u have then u r ok. Like is about managing expectations. U manage other people's expectations to succed in business and u manage your own expectations to be happy. Me and my wife make more than 99% of all americans now and i am still frustrated because i feel i should be doing better. I need to be happier with what i have instead of being pissed off that i dont have more. I need to manage my own expectations better for more happiness. Like Puff Daddy said "Mo money mo problems". I will be visiting Rīgā again in the next few months hopefully it wont be too cold.
