I want to make new penpals on this site, and learn more from Latvian culture, society, history, nature, travel, etcetera. When I lived and worked in the UK (2008 - 2010), I met and worked with almost any "creed and breed" (nationalities) from different corners of the globe.
. During my time, I worked with some extraordinary women (especially from Latvia): hardworking, honest, sincere, cute, supportive, intelligent, down to earth, funny/witty, etc. It made an everlasting impression on me - have the greatest admiration and respect for such women! One thing that I have learned is don't judge a book by it's cover: in the beginning I thought Latvians, Russians and other former "Eastern Bloc" people were harsh, cold, temperamental, withdrawn, racist and rude.... Fortunately, it was not everyone. Some of the best people I have ever met in my life, were from Latvia and above mentioned. "You" just have to be patient with this people to warm up, once "they" know you, you will have a very loyal colleagues and/or friends! What is also very striking to me, the unusual and unique attractive look of some Latvian girls: one girl, that I have worked with (as an example), had fair and soft skin, honey blonde hair, almond shaped greyish green eyes, short to medium height, Roman/Jewish shaped nose with prominent bridge, very attractive body shape mostly mesomorph with some endomorph feautures: very nice powerful and athletic built - especially the buttocks, chest and midsection area thick and strong calves and upper legs, arched eyebrows, nice almond shaped face, yummy indeed! This former female colleague of mine, is a East Baltic mixture with some Alpine race -, Nordic- add mixture. Aside from her physical uniqueness, she had a great personality, cute foreign English accent, tremendous work ethic. Such a pity she is/was married that time!
Anyway, Latvia have incredible architecture, picturesque landscapes, a very rich but sad history, very unique and rare language and culture. I hope from my side, I can provide/share some valuable knowledge and experience from my side...
