I suppose younger Latvians do not know Russian well. May be our generation which is "last" from the USSR times, i.e. 28-30 years and over, knows perfectly many languages. If you're looking for a partner of your age, most likely you could drive into problems... but I'm not sure.

yes, you are right. In USSR times, most chinese people learnt Russian. however, now we really enjoy studying English. Maybe in the future, we will Learn Latvian!! haha

I won't make any statements for or against what I just read. But I will weigh in with my 2 cents, so to speak: Mr. Pap. need to recognize that paying for sex is not healthy emotionally or physically for him (hope you don't catch something).

The larger issue is that you, Mr. P., have some holes/issues in your emotional make up (we all do, we're only human). It is natural to seek a "solution" albeit a temporary one.
