British cop hospitalised after stag-night fight in Latvia

A British cop is in hospital in the stag-night resort of Riga in Latvia after a nightclub bouncer's ear was bitten off and his jaw broken.

It was claimed yesterday the unnamed tourist, in his 30s, got into a fight with staff after rowing over a booze bill.

Witnesses said he and a friend had been drinking heavily but objected to being charged more than 250 pounds.

It was not clear if he was arrested. Police just said the "British law enforcement institution worker" and the doorman were both recovering from Saturday's injuries.

P.S.: they say they amputated bouncer's ear. Be afraid of Fraud in such clubs as it was written many times before...

Maybe you don't need to be such a boxer though

Should not be nessesary to eat peoples ears , there are restaurants in Riga

i dont subscribe to eating of the bouncers ear,there should be more ways to handle issues than biting of the ear of the bouncer...however,maybe it will serves as a warning to other fraud bouncer and bar operators..that just everybody dont take shit..wether drunk or not...
