Can anyone recommend the best places for a Thursday night in Riga? Which bars will be busiest, or is there somewhere in particular which is good to go?

You may check up the colonnade club. last time i was in riga it was fulfilled with students exactly on this day, because on Thursdays they had kind of free entrance for students i think.

I am not sure about free entrance (kind of outdated approach I would say), but truly, this is one of the clubs which is opened for big crowd on Thursday. You may take a chance

If it was the question about where Forum Cinemas are located, there are in the center of Riga, between Central Station and Bus Station.

Is there anyone that can suggest me where is it possible to find a good club/disco?
I like to dance and, seen that I ought to stay here for three months minimum, I would like to know some persons and to live. ;)

There are lots of clubs, and most of them are opening and closing each year. So you just need to get a Riga in your pocket guide and follow their most updated list. I'd mention Push club and Godvil the most adventurous clubs so far.

When you are in Old Riga, you can't miss some clubs like Malibu where girls are dancing on tables, or two floors bars, where on the ground floor they often give tequila for free to anybody coming and opening his mouth ;)

Is this a new club? The only Malibu I know in Riga is the pizza place.

When I was in Riga last year I couldn't believe how much it had changed from my last visit. Going again in March, can't wait.
