Subject. I want to see all profiles available on the board. How?

Currently, we don't have this feature available. It may be enabled in few months, depending on how far we will go with these forums... but for now, the only one way to show everybody you are available, is to register and post useful messages on forums. Also reading forums you may see the most active members and contact them.
