I'm just following the news and I am not LBK representative. For getting informed about your chances to study, you must contact LBK directly and not this forum.

At this moment, I see their webpage is empty/not available and it is definitely not the best sign. And from what I've heard recently, that was mostly the "business college" making business on its students.

Whatever comes next, I'd recommend another university to look in.

Sorry! We are not the company which specializes in refunds. We're just a little informative online forum. I suppose, you are not the only one who's lost with LBK. And I suppose, it is almost impossible to get your money back from them. This all was crap initially.

Government has no deal with this institution. Government just issues certifications and licenses. It was a private institution, so you were accepting all risks while taking a deal with the private business.
