I think I know why because of its ``last floor``, no?..

I stayed in Bergs last week. Quiet location, within walking distance to the Old Town. Huge rooms, excellent breakfast, very kind and helpful personnel. Also, the adjacent Garage wine bar is very cosy. I would give this hotel 10 out of 10.
