I think this campaign is significantly decreased in the past 3 years. You may find a related thread here which is assigned with 2007. While living in Riga, I didn't hear anything loud about that.

Latvian Girls are pretty but this doesnt mean they are inocent and fool they know how to handle this kind of situations.

I can say during my time in riga there were a lot of "professional " woman in the clubs who just want sex for money... Therefore a man have to be carefully with which woman he's talking!!

protect them? It's ultimately a matter of choice whether a woman or a man wants a one night stand. As long as it's consensual, and no exploitation involved...
