"Can I have this [any object]?"

It would be something like: "Vai es varu panemt..." - but you really need to say what do you mean in whole. It could have different meanings and so translations...

The meaning in English may have a lot of meanings in Latvian. That's why I am asking. I need your phrase in context. May be mention a place where you are supposed to use it

If you are about bar or cafe, then it would sound "Vai es varu pasuutiit [...]" - i.e. "may I order [something]".

But it's always better to say then simply. Name an object and add "luudzu" (please).
