How To Use Formatting in Your Message?

"Formatting" means you can apply Bold and Italic attributes to your text, as well as paste an external picture from the other website, and paste a hyperlink.

For making some parts of the text in Bold, highlight text in your message form and click Bold Button

above the form. It should surround the text by [ b ]...[ /b ] tags.

For Italic it's all is the same, except the button is: Italic Button

For referring an image, click the button: Image Button

. It will open an URL window suggesting to enter URL of the external picture. Specify its URL and click OK. Another question is to describe the picture - enter 2-3 words to make it clear what's there. Image will be pasted in your message surrounded by [imgs] tag. This tag visibly resizes the picture if it's too wide to fit the forum message. If you would like to post an original picture with its native size, edit the tag for making it [img] (without 's').

All URLs are automatically hyperlinked if you have done more than 10 meaningful postings on forum. You can also apply URL to some parts of your message/topic text, for it just highlight the text, click the URL button

Note: we prefer that you upload and store all images/pictures on our forums server. Read if it's possible for you to do that.

These rules affect both Forum messages and Private Messages - you can use the same formatting everywhere it's allowed. In Private messages, you are not allowed to upload pictures.
