It's about the level of foreigners who make such kind of offers.

Yes, it's about comma - and so it's about the level of language's knowledge.

It's about level in many areas and aspects. Most of Latvian women experience a lot of negative impact from the men coming from the Middle East or even Africa, because they are considered as being on the same level of education and knowledge. But they are not.

It's a humiliating feeling not just reply to such proposals and letter, but even to read them.
Why did Latvia deserve the honor to be humiliated?

If you would visit Russia (Latvia didn't keep a long distance from what's happening there), you would see "racial prejudices" have its ground. Russia is rich by Muslims from the East, from very various countries, but they are not the same type of Muslims as "presented" in London. If we talk about mafia and regular people, they are more related to the second group. Despite of it, in Russia, there are BIG prejudices regarding non-Russians. It's not about socialism or communism, I think, it's about natural nationalism. BTW Latvians while being grown in the last 20 years of the "Latvian Latvia", have the same kind of prejudices regarding non-Latvians.

How to could you say that just go to some marriage beureu if you are serious they can help you
