The Major Blonde Parade in Europe - GO BLONDE - May, 28-29th, 2010 - Latvia, Riga

Latvian blondes invite YOU to the year's coolest and the most unique festival - GO BLONDE 2010. It will take place at May 28 and 29th in Riga, Latvia.

The program:

Friday, May 28th - Motor Museum - S. Eizenšteina str. 6
18:00 - Retro Blonde competition and vintage car tour.

Saturday, May 29th - Ratslaukums (Ratsquare) / Doma Laukums (Domsquare) *
14:00 - Meeting at Ratslaukums
14:30 - Blonde Parade - Ratslaukums / Doma Laukums
15:00 - Go Blonde festival opening, Blonde Divas concert
16:00 - Joint mass - Performance
23:00 - Pink Party ** in the night club Godvil

Dress Code:
* Go Blonde T-Shirt + white pants or skirts
** Pink Outfit

All funds will be donated to charity - children playgrounds.

Whats the history and all about GO BLONDE festival??

whats it all about GO BLONDE festival and is it easy to find hotel during those dates ............ if one want to visit riga to enjoy festival?

This festival will take place just for the second time, so it doesn't have a "history" yet.

What is it all about - please read on flayers. What else should I explain?

It's up to you, how fast you would book the hotel. Definitely, these exact days it will be very difficult to find a cheap free room!

I booked flights and accomodation last year as I knew this would attract a lot more attention the 2nd time round. It is a great cause and I am looking forward to meeting people when I am in Riga!

For those who want to go, still easy to find hotel in Riga!

Have no ideas if you guys were up here, unfortunately, this year, I personally was busy meeting my guests from Australia and was not able to enjoy the fest in whole. However I visited it for a moment, and here I attach some pictures I've made.

I have an impression, that despite a big massive promotion and advertisement, this year's parade was not so astonishing as it was "the first cut". Not so many nice girls, not so a big excitement... anyway... it's just my humble opinion.
