There is an official confirmation from Marika, that 2011 was the last year when the Blonde Parade took place Unfortunately, all girls understood that they spend too much powers and energy to the festival, which is perceived too negatively by the Latvians themselves.

We didn't see the glory of this festival, the good sides. Unfortunately, the Latvian society went too deeply into the bad side of life, and is not able to consider the Pink & Blonde concept as the colors addition to life
