Is college easily accessible for them?
In Latvia, we have no colleges. There is a basic school (classes 1-9), the middle school (classes 10-12), and the high school or university where it's possible to study for bachelor and master degrees.
So what kind of college do you mean? In what term could it be "easily accessible"?
