First time in Latvia

Yeah, absolutely, I am enjoying my stay. Nice weather lately, but last week was hot but not that hotter like in my place . I went to old riga last Sunday and it was spectacular, I was very amazed. Actually its my first time to see that kind of place.

Yes, Latvia got luck with weather... I believe it's similar to Spain these days.

What exactly amazed you in Old Riga?

The whole place! It was like I was back in time, like a historical time in Riga. I love the road, I don't know exactly the term of that kind of road.

Gio, nice.. you can go to Jurmala beach right now, because it's summer so expect the nice pretty girls and lots of people. Or you can visit some castle ruins.

This is also my first time in Latvia. Riga is a beautiful & charming despite all the bad publicity and tourist warnings. As far as women/girls, there definitely are a good number of them but not any more or less than other major western cities I've been too. Maybe I haven't been here long enough - and I've really only been to old Riga. Would love to meet the local girls and get a better feel of their beauty & personalities. And I'm open to checking out the smaller towns (Jurmala, Liepaja, etc.) to see if the attitude is better. Any info is appreciated.
