my means in part time jobs how much they give money

You'd need to know at first that in Latvia there's about 10% of unemployed potential workers. So you rather could not expect a lot of money for part time jobs, specially if you don't know Latvian. How much? It depends on your self... but I suppose, 300 EUR/month would be truly great if you could earn such a money.

can you tell me are there jobs for students

McDonald's, Hesburger... something on the Central market such a loader... not sure about other places where you should work for about 8-9 hours per day at least.

There are servers like cv.lv or workingday.lv where you could get some more infos on this subject.

If you speak English in the same manner as you write, I'm mostly sure you will have problems in communication! Even not speaking about finding a proper job...

There could be part jobs, but you should know Latvian language regarding one of the categories. If you don't know Latvian language, it will be difficult to find even a part time job for you.

In addition to the above message, I've read above QS University Rankings today. There you may discover which countries have the world's strongest higher education systems, and there's no Latvia even in Top 50 list. From the Baltic states, only Estonia deserved the position #49.

If you check rankings by region, specifically Emerging Europe & Central Asia, you will find that the top 3 positions are taken by universities from Russia. University of Tartu (Estonia) takes position #5, University of Latvia is located only on the position #49, Riga Technical University is #64, Riga Stradiņš University is somewhere between #111-120.

I must say, those are not really great results for Latvia at all. Universities from the other Baltic states, resp. Estonia and Lithuania, take higher ranks in this ratings.

All foreign students must study this rating before asking questions like "What's the best place to study in Latvia" or "If I will get a good job after studying in Latvia"
