It depends what kind of property you would like to buy. I suppose, buying a flat or house could come with no limits. As I've heard, there were limits on buying lands by foreigners.

They are great women with great values but just as great as they are, they can be 2 times more demanding and you must have really strong caracter if you want things to be under control. As a man, they are really expecting this from you.
Chinease girls are known to be very submisive, I know is a prejuice but that´s how they are known to be, well, latvians are all the oposite.
I am not saying they are bad or cheat a lot, I dont know that, what I am trying to say is that latvians like "machos" who are also gentleman, if you are soft, you can say goodbye.
